I was initially most impressed by the professionalism. Matt and Donna met with me to review the project costs and timeline for my kitchen project to replace gas stove with induction with a downdraft vent, new sink and garbage disposal and countertop with backsplash requiring rebuilding the window frame. They were thorough so there were no surprises. Matt met with me every work day to review what was being done by whom and checked-in at the end of day to make sure everything was completed as expected. The follow-up on the details at the end was top-notch. The workers working with Matt were skilled, polite, and conscientious cleaning up afterwards. They showed up when they said they would, addressed any questions we had, answered all our calls and texts promptly and finished within time frame. I would not hesitate to use them again for any project. Their prices were very fair and I was pleasantly surprised that they even credited us for supplies they did not use (we would not have known the difference). Very honest and trustworthy and very easy and pleasant to work with. The only thing I would have done differently in the beginning would have been to ask what work was being done that day and by whom (large crew and not obvious who was doing what) in case I had any questions or input.
